  • Structure: RCC framed structure.

  • Walls: Masonry of good quality with 9” external and 4.5” internal walls.

  • Plastering: 1 coat of plastering in CM 1:6 for internal walls & Ceiling and 2 coats of plastering in CM 1:6 for external walls.

  • Electrical: Concealed Copper wiring with adequate light, power and fan points with modular switches, 3 phase power connection for each flat with individual meters and cable TV & Telephone point (Finolex or equivalent).
