Dr. NRN Reddy, Founder & Chairman
Dr. NRN Reddy has earlier worked as an officer of IRS (Customs & Central Excise) in the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India for 15 years. In 2006, at the age of 40, he resigned from the government service to pursue entrepreneurship and public participation. Dr. Reddy has extensive experience in administration, the functioning of government departments, and in-depth knowledge of import-export policies and procedures.

He has been involved in setting up business enterprises in education, health, and infrastructure, as well as consultancy services in indirect taxation. Dr. Reddy holds a Doctorate degree in Agriculture from the prestigious Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi. He is young, dynamic, and passionate about contributing to the renewable energy sector, particularly in green business. In his role as CEO of Hetero Wind Power Limited, he successfully commissioned a 54MW Wind Power Project in Andhra Pradesh in 2013.

Mrs. N. Rajitha Reddy has extensive experience in various sectors, including infrastructure, logistics, diagnostics, agro foods, education, and charity services. Under her guidance, Jaagruthi Group is diversifying into different domains.

Mr. Prashanth Reddy is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in diverse business domains. He brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and his contributions have been instrumental in driving the growth and success of Jaagruthi Group. His ability to think creatively and strategically has helped the organization stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative solutions to its clients.

CA. Ramesh C.V, AGM – Finance
CA. Ramesh C.V. has rich experience in accounts, audits, direct and indirect taxes, and preparation of project reports. He has worked in various organizations, including BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus and Aurobindo Pharma Limited. Currently, he is responsible for overseeing all finance-related aspects of Jaagruthi Group.
